About three years ago my wife joined Weight Watchers which brought about a major change in our lifestyle and of course my culinary style. I would explain it as a creative twist on classic cuisine.
In doing so this helped her to lose over 100 pounds! As well as creating a new healthier lifestyle. A lot of people think of healthy eating as bland and boring, thinking mostly of grilled protein with steamed vegetables. BORING!
Weekly in Grafton I create four “healthy options”. Generally two sandwiches and two entrees, with salads featured in the warmer seasons. I aim to give you a lighter exciting option to add to your weekly diet.
